In
order to simplify activity flow and improve the efficiency of affairs,
the center provides computerize development and maintenance for administrations'
affairs. It provides services for the faculty, students, people who don't
belong to campus, and old boy, including academic, general, student, and
personal office systems. The following systems are developed by center. |

Academic sub-system: | ||
freshman
admission, enrolment, one's status as a student, class management, selecting
class, grades, enroll new students, examinatorial affairs, teaching questionary,
extension education, graduate credential adjudge, education learning process.

Student sub-system: | ||
national
service, tuition and Misc. fee deduction, conduct grades and encouragement
and punish, medical matters, dormitory deposit, safety insurance fee,
scholarship and assistantship, tuition fee loan, tutor and student system,
management of alien students system, system for students living out of
school. |

General sub-system: | ||
property,
reserve, salary, student enrolment and pay fee, management of contractual
engineering, laborer affairs, laborer insurance, gas and water fee of
dormitories, deposit affairs, work-study money, examinatorial affairs
and work fee, traffic fee, Misc. paid and earnings, declaring earnings
and mediums, arrangement and collect fees of faculty and staffs¡¦ schoolhouse,
any kinds of assistant fees. |
